Dear Team,
As part of the SLA requirements for MH Cyber, we must submit the extraction logs for all digital device extractions conducted during Quarter 4 (25 December 2025 to 24 March 2026). This includes mobile devices, laptops, HDDs, pen drives, and any other digital media.
This is mandatory and must be followed strictly.
Required from each team member:
- Two (2) physical copies of the extraction logs for every extraction you have performed in the above period.
- Soft copies of the same logs to be emailed to me directly.
Please ensure accuracy and completeness before submission. Non-compliance will affect our SLA adherence with the client.
Let me know only if you face an actual blocker; otherwise, proceed and close this on priority.
